The staff was very friendly and attentive like they really wanted to help and not just do their job and the breakfast was great with plenty of variety like I felt like I was at a buffet but without the long lines and the woman who took care of it even came and picked up our dirty plates with a smile I never got that type of service at other places

We spent two nights in a Guest Room, 1 King, and appreciated how close we were to Boone County Veterans Memorial Park, perfect for a relaxed walk, and just a few steps to great spots like La Rosa's for a fun dinner out.

The location of this hotel was a huge plus. Close to restaurants and attractions made it easy to explore. My room felt clean and comfortable, with a spacious layout that I appreciated. The breakfast had a decent variety. The staff truly stood out for being friendly and attentive. However, I did face a long wait during check-in. The front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and slow to process reservations. It took about 20 minutes to get my room. Also, the coffee served was disappointing and left much to be desired. I would have liked a bit more effort in that area. Overall, it was a nice stay but there’s definitely room for improvement in the operational efficiency.

our stay at fairfield inn was fantastic! the hotel itself was very nice, and the continental breakfast was perfect. we especially loved that there was an outdoor pool where we could relax and take some laps. the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
